Superintendent's Report
Dr. Hart introduced the following administrators that shared their department budget presentations:
- Curriculum/Professional Development - Dr. Stacey Brown and Ms. Sarah Pauch (photo below)
- Technology - Mr. James Belske

- Facilities - Mr. Don Race

Administrative Reports
- The January Enrollment - Drill Report was approved.
- The RMS Quarterly Discipline Report Quarter 2/November 15, 2025 - January 31, 2025 was approved.
- Two HIB Reports were affirmed and the Superintendent's decision was accepted.
Finance/Facilities
- The district bill list was approved.
- District travel was approved.
- The Board approved the Pre-Referendum Services Contract for the following projects to be paid from capital reserve: Referendum Capital Improvement Projects and Referendum Bond Counsel Fee.
- A donation of Kings gift cards through Gift Card Bank on behalf of Kings Food Markets Foundation's Nourishing Neighbors Program to assist families in need was approved.
- An amended student settlement agreement and release was approved.
Education/Technology
- Student teacher externship was approved for Holland Brook School and Three Bridges School, and a preclinical experience was approved for Holland Brook School.
- The list of updated HSA fundraisers was approved for the 2024-2025 school year.
- Fundraisers were approved for Holland Brook School and Readington Middle School.
- Additional field trips were approved for the 2024-2025 school year.
- Donations from the HSA for Holland Brook School and Readington Middle School were approved.
Personnel
- Substitute teacher placements were approved.
- The following appointments were approved: Michael DeLucia/RMS-LTS Science Teacher, Gary Kropilak/RMS-Cafe Aide, Phoebe Stedman/HBS-Paraprofessional, and Janet Schierloh Howard/RMS-LTS LA Teacher.
- The following retirements were approved with appreciation for their years of service: Ann Kane/HBS-Intervention Teacher, Beth Luque/HBS-Speech/Language Specialist, and Richard Hopkins/HBS-Paraprofssional.
- The following resignation was approved: Christina Lilly/RMS-LTS LA Teacher.
- The following staff members were approved for salary increases due to employee attainment of additional credits for lateral movement on guide: Meagan-Ashley Sarao-RMS, Jennifer Sabo-RMS, Krista Gras-TBS, Kaitlyn Jones-TBS, and Kristen Frohn-WHS.
- Spring 2025 Teacher Academy facilitator stipends were approved.
- Michele Adamitis was approved as a chaperone for Drama Club.
- Sheryl Ottenstroer was ratified and approved as a chaperone for Drama Club.
- A mentor was approved for Emma Weger.
Communications
- Five policies were approved for first reading.
