Description: E-Sports Kick Off is an opportunity to learn more about NISD's ESports Program, meet the coaches, connect with San Antonio ESports community, Students can try their skills against other Northside ISD gamers.

Briscoe Middle School ESports Team Tryouts we are holding tryouts for our Fall Supper Smash Brothers Competitive Team Tryouts for our Mario Kart Team will be held in January.

Parents who had an account for the 2023-24 school year can still access and use the same account for the 2024-25 school year.

If creating a new account, parents must obtain the student's access code from the student's teacher. The student access code connects the parent to all their child’s classes. Children need healthy meals to learn and Northside ISD offers healthy meals in our school cafeterias every school day! If you think that your child(ren) may qualify for free or reduced-price meals, we encourage you to fill out an application for meal benefits.

Households interested in this benefit must apply for the program every school year.

Meal benefits from last school year will expire on October 1, 2024 if there is not a current 2024-2025 meal application on file at the Free and Reduced Office.

If you are interested, you may apply for free or reduced meals online at www.schoolcafe.com/. You are encouraged to complete an online application instead of a paper application if you are able. The online application has the same requirements and will ask you for the same information as the paper application.

Applications are also available beginning July 1 at the Free & Reduced Office at 7520 Mainland Drive, San Antonio, TX 78250. Applications may be turned in to your school, at the Free & Reduced Office courtesy drop box, or mailed to the above address.

Hello, I have attached a pre order form for dance shirts.

Shirt is required for all dance students. The only accepted payment is cash.( exact change only)All orders close August 22, 2024. Students can turn this form in throughout the first week of school with the cash. They can also fill out this form at cub camp and turn it in.

As a Northside student, we ask that you read at least one novel of your choice this summer. By spending time reading, you will expand your vocabulary, give yourself examples of great writing, deepen your critical thinking skills, and build your focus and imagination.

There is no other assignment than to read and be ready to discuss your book when school starts.

The list below gives you some ideas of books that you might find interesting or give you a place to start looking. Remember, you can choose whichever book you wish to read - it does not have to be on the list below. The novels marked by an asterisk (*) indicate books on Northside’s approved book list. If you are interested in other titles not on the approved book list, we encourage you to do some research and speak with your family before selecting a title.

Any and all electronics will be the sole responsibility of the student. Briscoe is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
