MARCH
2025
CURRENT GRADE 8/MYP Y3 STUDENTS
OFFERED AT OUR K12 CAMPUS
The IB Diploma Programme offered at our K12 campus is recognized worldwide for developing critical thinkers, problem solvers, and globally minded leaders. Students who participate in the full DP engage in a well-rounded curriculum that includes six subject areas, Theory of Knowledge (TOK), the Extended Essay (EE), and Creativity, Activity, and Service (CAS)—all designed to prepare them for success in college and beyond.
For those invited to take specific DP courses, this is an excellent opportunity to challenge themselves in high-level academic areas while still benefiting from the depth and inquiry-based learning that IB provides. These courses not only strengthen college applications but also offer students the chance to earn college credits.
As we continue to build a culture of excellence at Franklin Academy, we are thrilled to see so many students recognized for their academic potential and commitment to growth. If your child receives an invitation to join the program, you are encouraged to embrace this opportunity, ask questions, and take the next steps towardyour child becoming an IB scholar.
For more information, students and families can reach out to Ms. Rivera or visit the DP section of the K12 campus website. We all look forward to seeing our future IB leaders rise to the challenge!
