Our District Educational Improvement Committee would like your feedback on the Academic Calendar for the 2025-2026 school year. The DEIC reviews different calendar options and chooses the best to send to staff and parents each year for a vote. Those results are then shared with the School Board in the December meeting and the Board votes on the calendar. This survey will help us generate those calendar options and it will help guide the members of DEIC.

The survey will remain open through November 8th.

If your student has more than 8 absences in the fall semester, your student owes make-up hours. If you have questions regarding your student's attendance record or want to check on their make-up hour status, please contact: Erin.Withers@sfisd.org

Tuesdays: November 5th, 12th, 19th, December 3rd, and 10th

Wednesdays: October 23rd, 30th, November 6th, 13th, 20th, December 4th, and 11th

Wednesday, December 18th and Thursday, December 19th: 12:15-3:15

• Attendance note processing may take 3-5 days to process.
• It is not necessary to submit notes in more than one form. For example, if you submit your note electronically, you do not need to send a paper copy to school with your student.

If your student is enrolled in a course associated with a fee, those fees were posted in Skyward Family Access on 9/3/2024. As a reminder, student fees must be paid prior to receiving a VOE (verification of enrollment), to obtain exam exemptions, or to attend campus events such as prom.

Methods of payments:

-Send cash or check with your student or pay with cash at the front office of the High School.

-Parents can pay with a debit or credit card at the front office of the High School with a processing fee added.

-Parents can log into Skyward Fee Payments using this link and pay online using a debit or credit card with a processing fee added: https://santafeisd.revtrak.net/
