Happy November! Hopefully you were able to meet with your scholars teacher during the month of fall for a parent/teacher conference. If not, please set up a date/time to do so. It's very important we work together so our scholars are successful. I hope to see you at the Principal Coffee on Friday, November 3rd at 8:00 a.m.

Scholar Data Trackers

Scholars are completing data trackers this week. The data trackers include assessment data (Istation and i-Ready) that indicates your scholar's progress. Scholars also use this document to set goals for their upcoming assessments. This data tracker is a great way for scholars to reflect on their current progress and determine upcoming goals in order to increase academic achievement. As an IB school, we want our scholars to take agency of their learning!

Attendance Matters

Let's be sure to get our scholars to school on time. School begins at 7:30 a.m. In order for our scholars to be successful, we need them at school on time. We have an ongoing attendance competition. Classes with perfect attendance will earn incentives.

10 Days of Perfect Attendance = Picnic on the green

20 Days of Perfect Attendance = Pajama day

30 Days of Perfect Attendance = Popcorn party

40 Days of Perfect Attendance = Ice Cream/popsicle party

50 Days of Perfect Attendance = Pizza party

60 Days of Perfect Attendance = AttenDANCE

Weather

We are starting to have colder weather. Please make sure scholars wear a jacket on cold days. Always label jackets with name. Let's keep our scholars bundled up!

Lost and Found Items are piling up!

Please feel free to stop by the school to see if these items belong to your scholar. Cold weather is here so please come claim the jackets/coats. If items are not claimed within a week, they will be donated to the clothing closet.

Manor ISD is pleased to announce that we will offer Schools of Choice for the 2024-2025 school year. The Schools of Choice application will open on November 8, 2023, and will close at 11:59 PM on Jan. 12, 2024. The application is for new students to the campus/programs. Current students do not need to reapply to their currently accepted Schools of Choice campus.

Los estudiantes actuales no necesitan volver a postularse para su campus de Escuelas de Elección actualmente aceptadas.
