Appleton Echo
Autumn Term 2 Week 4
A word from Mr Broom
It's been school photographs today, and it's an absolute pleasure to see our wonderful children looking so smart in their uniforms. I was also able to visit all classes this morning and to see every child focussed and enjoying their learning was a real pleasure. Mrs Sykes, who accompanied me, was blown away, and we look forward to welcoming her back into school on Monday.
Meanwhile, it's been pupil progress meetings. This is where I have looked in detail at the progress made by all children, through discussions with their class teacher. It's very clear that our teachers know the children inside out and great to see the progress they have made in the past 10 weeks.
We enter a very busy period of the year, and we're looking forward to seeing many of you for the seasonal festivities that are on offer this year.
Have a super weekend.

We are a 'Nut Free' School
A polite reminder that we have children in school who have severe nut allergies. Please ensure that you do not bring nuts on to the school site or include them in packed lunches.
Thank you for your support with this.
