7th Grade Boys football opened their season on Monday in Lake Jackson. 7th B fought a tough match up but fell short 13-0. 7th A put up a great fight with one score from Chase Van Horn but ended up falling with a score of 13-6.
8th Grade boys opened their season and our 8th grade B team dominated on both sides of the ball with scores from Landon Stookey, Ashton Hart and Carter Durand with a final score of 26-6.
8th A was determined to take charge of the field and they did just that, with scores from Reece Tombrella and Brayden Bryant. The boys played a very physical game and came out on top 19-6.
Great job by all four teams!
Santa Fe Junior High’s 8th grade girls volleyball rallied against Angleton last week. The A team battled hard but lost after three close matches . The B team took home the win. The next action of the ladies will be HOME Thursday 9/19 against Clute. Show up and show them some support!
