SFJHS Quote of the Week
At SFJHS, "Be the change you wish to see in the world" reflects our commitment to strengthening the pack and positively contributing to our class, school, and community. Each student can create a better environment by taking personal responsibility, supporting others, and fostering a sense of unity. By engaging in class, participating in school activities, and showing kindness, we inspire those around us to do the same, creating a ripple effect of positive change throughout the school and beyond.

On October 3rd they went to Utah FCCLA's Fall Leadership conference. They got to meet FCCLA members from all over the state of Utah, listen to speakers and participate in classes that will help them build leadership skills and find success in FCCLA.

Nebo District is offering a mental health screener for students from 4 pm to 8 pm Monday, October 7, 2024, at Diamond Fork Middle School. Students in grades 3-5 may participate as well, and that screener will measure mental and emotional strengths, as well as screen for anxiety and depression.
If you would like to participate, please sign up here for an appointment. The assessment tool takes an average of 15 minutes to complete. Afterward, you and your student will meet with a school counselor or social worker to discuss the results of the assessment and receive resources as needed.
