Each month an Everett Public Schools student can be nominated by their teacher who demonstrates the Core Value of the Month. The nominations are sent to Administration where students are selected to be recognized as a Core Value Champion.

Mrs. Bailey nominated Bradley for exemplifying the Core Value of the Month, Learning. Here’s what she wrote about Bradley…

Bradley is a dedicated student who strives for excellence. He contributes to class discussions and always goes above and beyond in all subject areas. He challenges himself and his peers to dig deeper into all learning situations. He is a quiet learner who helps others find solutions to problems. Bradley is also a joy to have in class and embodies a student who will be a lifelong learner who will contribute to his community. Bradley is also an amazing artist who loves sharing his art techniques with his peers.

Thanksgiving lunch will be served in the cafeteria on Thursday, November 21st starting at 12:15! Our traditional lunchtime of 11:20 for Port Gardner is canceled for Thursday. Students and families are welcome to wait in the Gym until 12:15. Students in Laura Wight’s afternoon class will be going to the Thanksgiving lunch with her during class.

Sherry will have all the traditional fixings, a selection of desserts and district staff will be here to serve everyone. Parents & nonstudents will need to cover the cost of their lunch at $4.90 via a My Payments Plus meal account. Enjoy!
