We are excited to announce that scores are in, and we have numerous graduates to celebrate! We are extremely proud of each and every one of you for your hard work and dedication.

For five students, an appointment with Mrs. Wilkerson will be required to review EOC results. Students who need to set up an appointment will receive an email similar to the example below:

We have received the results from December’s EOC testing. To ensure you are on track for graduation, it is necessary to meet with you and your parent/guardian (if you are under 18 years old) to review your scores.

Students and Parents,

As we prepare for graduation, please review the following important updates:

Diplomas and Transcripts:
Diplomas will begin arriving in the coming weeks. We will notify students via the last email address provided when transcripts and diplomas are ready for pickup. If your contact information has changed, it is critical to update us by both phone and email to ensure we can reach you.

Graduation Attire:
If you have not yet ordered your cap and gown, please do so immediately. A cap and gown are required to participate in the graduation ceremony. For comprehensive details, including dates, times, practice schedules, dress code, and more, please visit the HSoC website. The site is updated weekly and contains all necessary information.

Graduation Tickets:
Information regarding graduation tickets will be shared as we get closer to the ceremony date. Tickets will be required for entry. Once we have a final count of participating graduates, we will determine the number of tickets allocated per student.

Graduation Venue:
The ceremony will take place at Nelson University (formerly SAGU). Please note that Nelson University enforces strict occupancy limits, and we must adhere to these standards.
