Happy Wednesday!
Our first ever Oktoberfest is coming up and we need your help to make it a great success!
- Buy your ticket by September 30th
- Donate scratch off lottery tickets or a gift card to a local restaurant or store
- Volunteer to help the night of the event.
This will be a great evening to get to know other parents and community members while enjoying great food, drink, and entertainment! Monies raised will be used to build our Angel Fund so that we can continue to keep tuition low, while also paying all faculty and staff better wages. We know you agree that we have the best faculty and staff around and we appreciate your support! Again, tickets will only be sold until September 30.
The October Calendar and Lunch Menu can be found linked at the bottom of this newsletter, as well as under the backpack tab on our school website.
Have a great day!
Sincerely in Christ,
Mrs. Tice

Race for Education
Race for Education is Saint John School's biggest fundraiser of the school year. Over the past 15 years, we have raised over $220,000 for our students and its success helps to limit the need for additional school fundraisers.
Want your name on the back of our Race Day shirt? The deadline is Oct. 4 to submit your donation of $100 or more. ALL monies raised remain at Saint John School.
Want to volunteer on Race Day? Email RaceForEd@saintjohnsch.net.
Please contact Mrs. St. Amant with any questions.
Thank you for your support of Saint John School!

September 27 is the Feast Day of Saint Vincent de Paul
Patron of Charities and Volunteers
On September 27, the Church celebrates the Feast Day of Saint Vincent de Paul, who said, “Do not be content to say: I am a Christian! But live in such a way that it may be said of you: we have seen a man who loves God with all his heart and keeps his commandments.”
Saint Vincent de Paul spent his life helping those in need. He helped people who were poor, sick, lonely, and uneducated.
