There have been some questions regarding timelines for accessing PLD funds. As stated on page 4 of the Schedule of Classes, a certificate of completion is required along with a time sheet to access these funds. Unfortunately, the current timeline for generating certificates of completion is not ideal. We are working on a solution to this concern. This week we met with hrmPlus, the software developers of ProDev, to discuss the issue. We've requested a more streamlined process to facilitate a quicker turnaround for certificates of completion. The process takes time (minimum 3-4 weeks from course end date) due to many factors including OSPI guidelines for course evaluations and the multi-step clock hour verification process the ProDev system requires. Know that we are working diligently to speed up the process so that you may access PLD funds sooner.
