Keep track of daily transportation updates with the My Ride K-12 app!

Please download the My Ride K-12 app and register your children. This app will provide you with easy and fast access to your children’s bus route/pickup locations and times and allow the district to send you updates about early or late buses or other information related to your child’s bus.

We’re streamlining the process for non-urgent counselor visit requests! Students can now request a meeting by scanning the QR code on the flyer or through Canvas in the LLMS Counselor Corner. Thank you for supporting this initiative to ensure timely and organized student support.

Parents, have you heard of UIL Academics? Lynn Lucas is proud to offer your students an opportunity to compete with other local students in academic events. These students work hard to study their chosen event and go compete at another junior high with students their grade level. It is a chance for them to learn time management, study habits, and even a way to learn their academic information in a new way. We offer speaking events to let their creative personalities shine and give them an opportunity to meet other students with similar goals. Practices will start when we return from school. To qualify for Christmas Assistance, you must have your Free/Reduced Lunch Application completed and accepted for this school year. We only choose who receives assistance if you are on that list. So whether or not your student buys lunch, if you need assistance, please complete that application.

At Lynn Lucas, we love to acknowledge our students’ birthdays. We know that your child’s special day is important. We are not doing cupcake delivery, pizza for friends, or any special decorations such as balloons or gifts. Please do not send cookies or cupcakes that will be crushed in backpacks when sent home. Please do not plan to bring outside food for students other than your own.

On Campus Medication

Parents the nurses clinic is open for medication drop offs. Please make sure that the 24-25 MEDICATION FORM is completed and turned in at the time of drop off.
