We hope that everyone found some time to rest, relax, and rejuvenate this past week. The next few weeks will feel like a whirlwind, remember to take things one day at a time, sometimes one minute at a time. We are here to support you in any way that we can! We are thankful for each one of you! E&J

As we heard in our October professional learning sessions with Lisa, each elementary building will be participating in a book study on Building Thinking Classrooms in Math in preparation for the arrival of our new math materials in April. If you missed picking up a book reach out to Lisa Szydlowski and she will make sure you have one. Thank you to Erin and Julia for finding time in our building meeting schedule to hold our discussions. Looking forward to sharing our thoughts with colleagues! Katie, Lynda, & Shannon W.

1/25- Introduction & Chapters 1-3

2/1- Chapters 4-6

2/15 - Chapters 7-9

3/15- Chapters 10-12

4/5- Chapters 13-15

That's right, besides celebrating the holidays with family and friends the best part about December is dressing down all month long! Please use the December calendar to join in the holiday fun. This is totally optional, participate as much or as little as you'd like!

*Note this is only for staff. Our student council will be developing and sharing a spirit week for students and staff to reference the week of Dec. 19-22nd

And why wait until Thursday! Feel free to wear jeans for the rest of November!

We are seeing more and more pdf files from the internet that won’t print from Preview, the

Mac OS default application to open pdf files and screenshots. This is related to the way the

creator prepared the pdf before sharing it. You have two options:

1. Launch Adobe Acrobat Reader in your applications folder. Open and print the pdf file

using this.

2. Screenshot the pdf file and print this using Preview.
