TAG-Co-ed Meets During Dates Decided Upon By the Small Group Themselves
TAG Small Group Leaders
Small Groups are an essential part of a youth ministry discipleship ministry. Our TAG (The APOSTLE GROUP) are high school small groups which create a caring environment where the beauty of our faith is shared together and where young people are mentored in a way that helps them pursue God. In the spirit of teamwork, they report to the Coordinator of Youth Ministry while building and better equipping the youth to become a disciple of Christ. Small group leaders model and carry out the shepherding and discipling of God’s people to equip them to pursue God and to help others pursue God. A small group leader’s end goal is to allow the Holy Spirit to work through them to bring our teens closer to Christ. Small group times will vary and be scheduled by the small groups themselves with the help of their youth minister leaders. We will use the YDisciple model. Lots of fun and exciting changes to LAUNCH disciples and create an apprenticeship in the Christian life as we “think smaller” to reach more teens. To learn more about our dynamic, Christ-centered 2023-24 TRUTH program we will use, visit https://ydisciple.com/. We need small group leaders for TAG as well as potential speakers for TRUTH Whole Group Events. https://smgonline.org/truth
