Safety Drills this week!
We had our first Fire Drill this past Friday. The kids did a GREAT job! We will continue to practice emergency procedures and have another fire drill, a "Shelter in Place" Drill (this is used for a tornado or weather related situation) and a "Lock and Hide" Drill (this is the drill we would use if there was someone in the building posing eminent danger). The students are aware that these are DRILLs. Please talk with your children about the importance of practicing for all types of situations so that we know what to do if we need to use any of the procedures to keep us safe.

Registration Open for Fox PTA After-School Enrichment Programs thru Sept. 6th
Our PTA Coordinates and Supplements afterschool enrichment opportunities for students. See below for the Fall class offerings, dates, and cost. Families that are able, are strongly encouraged to pay extra to support our scholarships. There are half-priced scholarships available for those that want their child to have the opportunity, but have a financial need. Please take advantage of this opportunity!
Registration begins August 19. Questions? Email Abby Ritt at foxafterschool@gmail.com.
Please register promptly on the 19th if you're planning to take advantage of need-based, half-priced tuition, as there are a limited number of these spots available across all programs. This support is made possible thanks to PTA fundraising efforts and your contributions! Opportunities to further grow our scholarship fund will be available when you register your child.
Just a reminder: Daily aftercare offered by the YMCA is separate from enrichment programming.
