Raptor Review for Families:
Your Middle School Update for Week 7
Principal's Message
Dear Parents and Guardians,
In our assembly on September 30th, we had an exciting Air BMX Show featuring some of the world’s top pro BMX athletes. This 40-minute, action-packed event wasn’t just about stunts—it also included powerful motivational and anti-bullying messages that inspired our students.
We’re also thrilled to invite you to our upcoming Student-Led Conferences on Wednesday, October 9, from 4:00-8:00 PM, and Thursday, October 10, from 12:00-8:00 PM. This is a great chance for teachers to connect with families, share personalized updates on your child’s progress, review key data, and set goals for the year ahead.
Lastly, we’re excited to announce our Halloween Dance happening on October 31st during the activity schedule! Please remind students to have their school IDs with them every day starting Monday in order to participate in the dance!
Warm regards,
Ms. Hansen
Principal, Valor Middle School

Check your Students Backpacks
We need your support with our 6th graders. We've had to address several behavioral concerns recently. We encourage parents to regularly check their students' backpacks for any items they shouldn’t bring to school. Please also remind your children to keep their hands to themselves, be kind to others, and understand that racism will not be tolerated.
