Teacher Appreciation Week

PRS won the Golden Ticket! Teacher Appreciation week kicks off May 5th. With over 80 staff members at PRS, we are hoping our PRS community can assist in donating in any way possible. We will be hosting a luncheon, snack day, breakfast, dessert day, and a raffle at the end of the week. We thank you all in advance for donating to make this the best teacher appreciation week yet! Underground Spirit Week for Staff

In case you were wondering, yes we did have an underground spirit week for staff this week.

Monday: Men in Black

Tuesday: Tiger Tuesday

Wednesday: Wavy Wednesday (beach/Hawaiian)

Thursday: Thunderstorm Thursday

Friday: Fairy Friday

AND when kids asked us why we were dressed up, we universally responded, "We don't know what you are talking about." Making as though how we were dressed was totally normal.

The kids and staff get a kick out of these fun weeks! 😀

Class Placement Parent Input Form

The 2025-26 Class Placement Parent Input Forms are open to parents through May 3rd. Your input is optional and should focus on the characteristics of a classroom environment and teaching style. We cannot honor specific teacher requests.

Go to Parent Portal Account, click on forms and the form is called "2025-2026 Class Placement Information."

Student Leadership Update

The Student Leadership Team is celebrating Earth Day in April. Please see the attached flyer with details. In addition, we will be sharing daily Earth facts during Morning Meeting. Finally, we will share ways that families can take care of the Earth at home in Mrs. Dixon's eblast each week.
