PFLUGERVILLE ELEMENTARY

Hello! Happy 2023! I hope everyone had a great holiday break.

I have a couple of reminders regarding pick-up,

• When your student is outside, you must go outside to go pick up your student.

• If anyone new is picking up, they must be on the pick-up list. If you ever want to add anyone to the pick-up list, please email me the persons name, phone number & relationship to the child and I will get them added to the pick-up list or feel free to ask for a pick-up list form!

Lastly, we have a few important dates below, so be sure to mark those down!

• 1/16/23 - Student/Staff Holiday (No school/No EDP)
• 1/17/23 - Pick up after 5:15pm will be at door 18.
• 1/30/22 - January Family Night (Chinese New Year Crafts)

• Pick up is at Door 16. When picking up your student(s), you will have to enter inside the building through the back door of the cafeteria - this is located by the portables and dumpsters in the back of the school. The door that you will enter in is door 16.
  
• Any authorized pick up person must always bring their ID for pick up.
• Tuition is due the 1st business day of every month
• Late fees are assessed on the 5th business day of each month
• Program time - Dismassal-6:30pm
• Late pickup: you will be charged $1 per child per minute after 6:30pm
