Whoops! We Made a Mistake!

We want to clarify a minor clerical error from last week’s mascot survey for the new Inwood Area Pre-K Center. One of the options was incorrectly listed as Shining Stars instead of Little Stars. This was our mistake, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion.

To ensure fairness, we are reopening the survey for an additional week to give everyone a chance to vote for their favorite mascot. The updated choices are:

• Little Stars
• Seedlings
• Little Apples

The survey will now close Sunday, December 8, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. Once the mascot has been chosen, students from the Inwood area schools will be invited to submit their designs to inspire the school's logo with the help of graphic design students from James Rumsey Technical Institute.
