Jefferson and Fox River K-3 Musical

It's that time of year again for the 3rd Annual Jefferson / Fox River K-3rd grade musical. Ms. Sperberg and Mrs. Ambrose are so excited for the production of Pajama Party! The performance will be held on April 24 at 6:30 for families. The rehearsal that day will be for students to watch.

**More information will be coming out for specifics on auditions and rehearsals**

School Closing Information

How can I find out if school is closed? In the event of bad weather, dangerous road conditions, school emergencies, or closing/delays in starting the school day, the AASD will contact local radio and TV stations with this information as quickly as possible.

Before School / Recess

Before School: Students will be brought inside if the air temperature is 5 degrees or below. Please look for the green sign posted around the school entrances and LMC window.

Recess: K - 3 students will be expected to have snow pants and boots if they want to play on the playground when there is snow. If they do not have snow pants or boots, they will need to stay on the blacktop.

Online RGFOC (Robert Glass Focus on the Children program) registration is live! If you would like to take advantage of our Dental Bus this school year, please complete the online registration below, or stop in the office if you prefer a paper copy.

Parent Portal Update

There is no better way to start a new year than updating your information in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal! Please take a moment to log into your account to ensure all the information is current and accurate. You can also add, or remove, emergency contacts on your list.

If you have more than one child attending Jefferson or Fox River, please be sure to update the information for each child. If you do no have access to the Parent Portal, please contact the school office for assistance.

You can apply for Free and Reduced meals online through the Infinite Campus portal as well!

Spring Parent Teacher Conferences

Spring Conferences will be held in February! WE will have two days available to schedule your conference: Thursday, February 6 from 3:30 - 7:00 and Tuesday, February 11 from 3:30 - 6:45.

We will be using PTC Fast to sign up. This is the same online scheduling system we used to schedule conferences in the fall.
