Follett rolled out Destiny AU2 on July 14th, Updates include:

• Improvements to Collection Analysis Report
• Reading Programs Information
• Ability to see and analyze collection by Genre
• Ability to sort the order of Custom Carousels and Learning Resources

We now have an integration between Sora and Destiny. For schools accessing Sora, you will be able to see all titles with one click right in Destiny. Here's a clip of how it would look for a student in Destiny Discover. Directions for integrating this will be available. Let us know through the Help Desk if you would like to do this.

Follett has shared the CDL module with us. Students at participating libraries will be able to search other participating libraries using a tab in the search results. After a hold is placed, the Processing Needed flag will appear, and the librarian will use the existing procedure to initiate and follow through. If you have previously enrolled in CDL, and have completed LORI certification, you are ready to go.

Lori DeCesare is the new Resource Sharing Coordinator at OLIS. Check out the Resource Sharing Page on the the OLIS website for easy access to the information you need.

School Libraries who participate in LORI Resource Sharing must complete certification each year. Libraries have been notified at their ILL email, and the deadline for submission for schools is September 29. If you need to access your ILL email, submit a Help Request. The process is streamlined this year, because the technology piece was suspended for the year.

This one hour session includes learning how to print patron barcode labels or library cards, manage homerooms, update loan policies, and upload patron pictures.

Learn how the Cross District Loan (CDL) procedure will work this year. Virtual Zoom session. This session may be repeated at a later time, if there is enough interest.

Both sessions will be recorded and shared.
