English Village Family Newsletter
September 2023 Week 1
A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRINCIPALS:
Greetings and welcome back, EV Families!
What a great first week back! It was so nice to see all of our returning students and their families as well as our new students and families! This year promises to be special due to the fact that our students returned to school and seamlessly adjusted to being back (or in school for the first time), getting into rituals and routines, and becoming leaders! What an amazing group of young people! Let's keep it going, Team EV!
Our school theme this year is: HAPPY (Have a Positive and Productive Year)! This is what we hope to achieve for all (students, their families, and staff). Our District theme is Better Together! Together we can make this happen. Our partnership and collaboration will benefit your children/our students and ensure that they are HAPPY and achieve the goal of being successful and ready for the next school year/grade.
Parents/Families-Please continue to stay informed and involved! We are here to help if you have any questions, concerns, wonders, etc. Thank you very much for helping us to have an amazing start to the 2023-2024 school year! We truly appreciate you and can't do it without you all!
Sincerely,
Jason Lewis
Rosa Bellone

I am also an active member of the school PTA and I have two wonderful children who are a part of the Greece Central School District. We are here to support the needs of our school community. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions and concerns. Free Meals for the 23-24 school year
All students in all Greece schools will receive free breakfast and lunch for the 23/24 school year, regardless of their household income. Lunch applications will no longer be necessary.
Instead, we strongly encouraged you to complete an Income Data Collection Form to assist the District in accurately reporting numbers to the state. While completing this form is optional, high school students who wish to receive discounts on college admission fees, AP tests, SAT exams, and other courses should complete it.
