A Word from Mr. Galindo
Strong Safe Start 2024
Liestman Families-
The first two days of school have a been a great success! We appreciate your cooperation and support as we work to ensure that arrival and dismissal procedures are safe and secure for everyone. Please ensure that your child wears his or her transportation tag each day through the end of August. By doing so, helps us ensure that your child gets home safely each day. Dismissal begins at 3:20 p.m. Please ensure that you are on-time and easy to contact. We will begin issuing student IDs this week. It is important that all students learn to keep and take care of thier IDs as it will also serve as their meal tag, library tag, and bus Smart Tag. Please keep all of your contact information (primary and secondary telephone number & address) up to date with both your child's teacher and the front office. Ensure that all persons responsible for your child have their identification with them when coming to the school to pick up the child. In addition to having an ID, a sentence strip is required for car riders and walkers for kinder, 1st and 2nd grade. Parents may begin having breakfast and lunch with their child on September 3rd. Read on to learn more about Liestman's staff, Alief's new on-line payment system, and up coming school events. Lights, Camera, Action!
