🎯SHOOTING SPORTS UPDATE🎯
The Cass County Shooting Sports Contest that was originally scheduled on July 25-26, 2020 has been postponed. The 4-H office wishes to provide all enrolled youth with the opportunity to safely develop their shooting sports skills under the guidance of a 4-H certified instructor. In order to allow youth to meet the number of direct instruction hours that are required for this project, we will be postponing all events in the shooting sports county contest until a later date. At this time we hope to schedule the contest yet this fall for those enrolled in this project. Please stay tuned to the newsblast for more details as we finalize our plans for this and other fair-related contests and events. Thank you for your understanding as we aim to make the best better.

Exhibitors will be required to submit their DNA envelopes to their county office or FFA Advisor and have completed their online nomination through https://showstockmgr.com/ along with submitting payment online by 11:59 PM CST on July 1.

Attention 4-H families with ANIMALS!
There are many items to be aware of when registering youth for an animal class. For example: What’s an ID sheet? When are the deadlines for my child’s breed? What does YQCA mean and where can I find it? Check out this Livestock FAQ video that answers about all these livestock questions and more – it’s a great way for new and old families alike to get familiar with the ins and outs of 4-H livestock requirements.
