Weekly Wrap Up

Good Afternoon, Maple Place,

Happy New Year and Happy FriYAY to all of you! I hope that you all had a wonderful holiday break and that 2024 has started out well for everyone. This week it was back to business here at Maple Place on Tuesday, and we have been going strong all week.

There are a lot of things happening at Maple Place this winter with our Basketball season in full swing and our school musical, Mean Girls, Jr. up and running. The newest edition to our middle school clubs and activities - The Debate Club - started up this week and will be having another meeting this coming Thursday.

Eighth grade parents, please be sure to read the information below if your child is interested in taking any of the Honors Placement tests for Shore Regional. The schedule and registration information are listed in the 8th grade section later in this newsletter.

Please be sure to try to support our upcoming Dine to Donate opportunity taking place at Enzo's on Monday, January 22nd. All proceeds will benefit the 8th Grade Class or 2024. Thank you for you anticipated support!

Lastly, the Student Council is collecting full size, individually wrapped bars of soap for S.A.C.K. (Supporting a Community with Kindness). Donations are being collected in the box outside the Media Center until Friday, January 26th. Any support you can provide is appreciated.

Shore Regional High School Honors Placement Assessments for our current 8th graders will be administered during the month of March. If you would like your child to take any of the placement assessments being offered, please click on the link below for more information.
