Parents,

Second semester schedules will be finalized in Infinite Campus on January 7th. Schedules are not printed, but you and your student can view their schedule in IC on Tuesday, Jan. 7th. There will be no schedule changes at this point. Please ensure your student has math, language arts, social studies, and science.

Sproul will be sending home a field trip form for 8th graders to travel over to Widefield High School, so please be on the lookout for this. It will need to be returned to Sproul promptly so that your student can go on the trip.

Want your child to attend Sproul Jr High next year, but you live out of our school boundaries?!?!?!

Have no fear! Fill out this boundary waiver for the 2025-2026 school year! You can use the link or pick up a form in Sproul's front office.

While our girls are holding it down on the court, we don't want our boys to get rusty. So, plan on attending some camp dates at Sproul. Each camp day will be from 3-4pm and you need your after school waiver filled out to attend. While you're at it, make sure your physical is updated and turned in before boys' tryouts begin. Camp Dates will be as follows:

Many students currently have fines for technology, lost library books, or music/athletic uniforms. Please double-check Infinite Campus. Payments can be made in the front office with cash or check or on the Sproul Website with card. Students also have many overdue library books. Please encourage them to check their email to see theirs are overdue.

Sproul uses two systems to communicate with parents and students: Infinite Campus Portal (IC) and Remind. Please download both apps.

• Infinite Campus - Look up your student's grades, attendance, schedule, fees, etc. Grades are posted in IC every Friday, so you check grades before the weekend. Some teachers use this system to email guardians. Please email ICHelpDesk@wsd3.org to request your parent portal access code.

• Remind - Receive text messages about important events and reminders. Please make sure your email is correct in IC; otherwise, you will not be able to connect with Sproul in Remind.

**Both apps are important so that you can be connected with us and stay in the know.

While we do not want to flood your phone with notifications, the Sproul website is another great resource to use. You can always find us on Facebook & Instagram (@SproulJuniorHigh), use our calendar to see upcoming events, or subscribe to our News Posts section. There is also a page for Technology Information so that you can troubleshoot these apps.
