The Vernfield HSA is hosting a “Mom’s Night Out” on February 24th from 5-8pm. Registration closes next Monday, 2/17, so register today! You do not need to arrive right at 5pm in order to participate; Dinner will be served at 6pm, preceded by a happy hour at 5pm.

There will also be a raffle of many items donated by local business owners INCLUDED in your registration cost - Just another reason to come out, mingle, and support our local community as well as our students!

Vernfield HSA Board elections for the 2025-2027 school years will be held during the March 2025 HSA meeting on Monday, March 3rd in the Vernfield Library.

There are two open HSA Board positions that will be included in the election:

-VP Communications

-Co-Treasurer

All interested candidates should reach out to Sarah Osiol, Board President, no later than Monday, February 24th. The ballots for the vote will be finalized at that time.

We are also still looking for volunteers for the following Committee chair openings:

-K/1st Grade Lunchroom Helpers

-HSA Directory

-Hospitality co-chairs (2)

-Junior Hawks Night Out

Souderton Summer Camp will be running from June 16th - August 15th, 2025, and is now open for registration. More information can be found in the accompanying flyer.

The SASD Summer Camp offers children a chance to engage in recreational activities and have fun in a structured environment. Our programs include Art, Gym, Science, Swimming, and field trips, as well as events, special guest, sports, and games.
