Report Cards
As we approach the end of the second semester, please be aware that the “Grades” tab in Infinite Campus is closed to parents. The grading tab will reopen on Thursday, June 6th at 4:00 pm at which time you will be able to access your child’s report card via the parent portal in Infinite Campus. Please note that when reviewing your student’s report card, teacher comments do not show up in the portal when looking at the main Grades screen. They do, however, if you access the Reports screen. From there, you can generate a report card in pdf format that will have
all the comments.
End of Year Field Trips
- June 4 - 5K to Applecreek YMCA
- June 4 - 2nd grade to 1,000 Islands Nature Preserve (Sitcler/Fronsee)
- June 5 - 1st grade to NEW Zoo

Sunscreen Policy: Just a reminder that it is the District's guideline that we do not provide or allow students to share or use another person's sunscreen, lip balm, lotion, etc., due to the potential for an allergic reaction to the active ingredients in these products. With the warm sunny days forecasted ahead, parents are encouraged to apply sunscreens at home prior to sending their child to school.

Medication Pick-up
Please see the letter from our school nurses regarding prescriptions and over the counter medication pick up at the end of this school year.
Health Condition Update Forms
If your child is diagnosed with asthma, diabetes, seizures, insect sting allergies, or food allergies over the summer, you will find the proper health forms for these conditions online at www.kimberly.k12.wi.us. Under the “Students and Parents” tab, choose “Health Services.” They all require a health care provider’s signature. Also available on the website is the Medication Consent Form Grades 4K-6 form, which must be completed before any other medications can be given at
school.
Class Placement
As this school year comes to a close, thoughts turn to the summer and the upcoming school year. One thought students wonder about is their classroom assignments for the next year. We will continue our efforts to maximize the learning potential of each student by balancing student/teacher ratios, maintaining gender balance, grouping students heterogeneously, and avoiding potential student conflicts as we assign students to classes. Parents will be notified of their child’s classroom assignment by the first week of August. We ask that you do not request a specific teacher. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation so that we can make classroom assignments with the most current enrollment numbers possible before the start of the school year.
MAP Test Informational Sheet - 2nd, 3rd, 4th Grades
Near the end of the school year, parents will receive their student’s MAP results. Those results will be mailed with a cover letter that provides some information about the MAP test and how to interpret the results sheet. This Information Sheet is designed to provide additional information about MAP testing and its uses.
Annual Update
Mark Your Calendars - August 1st-15th - Annual Update and Schedule Release
The Annual Update process which is done through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal replaces the forms you have filled out at your school in the past and is required for all families. This is a guided process that will walk you through updating and reviewing your information for the upcoming school year and must be completed by the Primary Parent/Guardian. Student schedules for the upcoming school year will also be made available on August 1st.
