Step right up, summer readers!
Step right up and discover the greatest books on earth! All Mustangs, including current 8th-graders and incoming 6th-graders, are invited to participate in Maple’s summer reading program: Maple’s Summer Reading Spectacular!
To take part in this program, students should visit Maple’s summer reading website to find all related information including the book collection with summaries, participation directions, an overview video (including book talks), and access to our Padlet.
All students who select at least one book, read or listen to it over the summer, and post a recommendation or review to Padlet will receive an invitation to a reading celebration in the Maple library in the fall.
This program is optional, but we encourage all Maple students to join our literacy community by reading and sharing the experience with other mustangs! Please reach out to Mrs. Holmer at jholmer@district30.org if you have any questions.
