There are some additional March activities and summer camps that have been added. Please take time to review the information.

Just a friendly reminder that the baby bottles for the Elizabeth New Life Center are due on March 23 for the Parish and Monday, March 25 for the school. As your child fills up their bottle, they are welcome to bring it into the school office. They do not have to wait until March 25.

Every Friday during Lent, the Knights of Columbus are hosting the Fish Fry in the school cafeteria. Tonight, grades 2 and 7 are trying to win most participation! If you haven't signed up to help your child's class win the participation challenge, the link to sign-up can be found under Lent Resources.

Happy Pi Day! Mrs. Krumholtz, our Middle School Math Teacher, celebrated with the 5-8 grade students and staff by bringing in pies! She had a Pi day competition for the 5-8 grade students to compete and see who could memorize the most numbers in Pi. Congratulations to a 5th grade student, Matthew S., who could list 31 numbers in Pi. The student received a special surprise. Many thanks to Mrs. Krumholtz for making Math so fun and tasty today!

If you would like to get a head start on the Renewal application for Edchoice, please click on the link below. Please email the application, along with a current utility bill, to Mrs. Boland at schooloffice@stfrancisdesales-lebanon.org.

If your family has never applied for Edchoice, or if you have an incoming Kindergarten student, please click on the Request application to apply for the 2025-2026 school year. A copy of a current utility bill will also be needed.

During Lent, the school will be working with the Knights of Columbus to complete the Bottles for Babies service project. All students will receive a baby bottle on Monday, March 3. The goal is to fill the baby bottles with coins, cash, and checks (made out to ENLC). All money raised will benefit Elizabeth’s New Life Center’s work of saving unborn babies from abortion. The Knights of Columbus are committed to protecting life and extending love and hope to moms and families in need. Students can return the baby bottles to the school office once they are filled. The due date for all baby bottles to be returned is March 23. If you would like to participate in the service project online, please visit the following website: https://enlc.life/. The 2025 St. Francis de Sales Fish Fry is only a few short weeks away, let’s make it a success!

The 2025 will run for 6 Fridays during Lent from March 7th to April 11th. The proceeds of this year’s Fish Fry will go toward our school kitchen renovations and other worthy SFDS causes.

Church community volunteering is what makes this event a success! Pick the spots that best fit your schedule and interests. Remember, this is a great way for youth to get volunteer hours as well. We highly encourage those who need service hours to sign up. For the first four weeks, we’ve grouped school and Youth Faith Formation classes as indicated in the SignUp Genius to distribute the volunteering load. Feel free to organize together within those groups to fill the spots. Please also feel free to just show up anytime to help if the set shifts don't work with your schedule. We will never turn away the help! We can't do it without YOU!!

We are also asking for dessert donations to provide a sweet finish to each meal. Please bring desserts to the cafeteria before 5:00 PM each Friday.

**The highest percentage of class volunteering, on the assigned Fish Fry night: those classes will receive a 1 week out of uniform pass. Students and parents are both eligible to volunteer.**
