(nothing so grand in the 1800's,
lucky if you got fish stock,
maybe with some unwelcome additions)

Roast Topside of Beef
with Yorkshire pudding
and all the trimmings.
(Well you didn't expect boiled Mutton did you)

Plum Duff
with Custard
(They did not get custard so think yourselves lucky)
