Director's Corner
Spring has sprung-
As we are moving into the end of the school year the weather has been very wishy-washy. Please help your children to dress appropriately. Some schools run hot and others cold. So if your little one is willing, put them in layers so that they can be comfortable no matter what.
As we see things on the news and social media, emotions can be heightened. Our little ones can feel that but they may not know what is really going on. Help them to remain self-regulated by having them simply stop and take some slow deep breaths. Here is a site for 3 short, simple breaths that you can do with your child. These also work for us as adults too. To get you started here is a bonus, star breathing technique.
