Stronger Connections Grant
CISD has been awarded the Stronger Connections Grant. The purpose of the grant is to establish and improve school culture to produce strong relationships between staff and students, while addressing harmful, violent, and threatening behavior resulting in reductions in behavioral and disciplinary incidents, chronic absenteeism, incidents of bullying and harassment, and improved overall academic outcomes.
The center will be working off of referrals to help our students and families. Anyone can fill out the referral and all information is confidential.
Below is a link to the referral form.
Substance Abuse
On Tuesday, November 5th, all 6th-12th grade students attended a program in the HS auditorium to discuss Vaping and Marijuana. Students were given statistics, facts and had time to ask questions.
If anyone would like any information on how to seek help (students, parents, families), please contact our office and we will help you get set up with an agency that can provide the information and resources. All information will be kept confidential.

WE ASKED-YOU ANSWERED-WE LISTENED
A recent survey was sent out to students (3rd-12th) and parents. We will receive the results of the survey in early December and the results will be shared. Please be on the lookout.
After reviewing the initial survey sent out about what parents would like to see, we have been working behind the scenes to plan events/activities to address the needs.
We appreciate your feedback!
