Action Needed
Every student enrolled at Stephens Campus receives free breakfast and lunch daily. This initiative ensures that all our students have access to nutritious meals to support their learning and overall well-being.
To help us maintain this program, we kindly request that all parents/guardians complete the Socioeconomic Information Form for each child who attends Stephens Elementary. Please follow this link to access and fill out the form: https://forms.dentonisd.org/Forms/SocioeconomicInformation no later than November 14, 2024. It should take less than one minute.
You will need your child’s ID#. Your child should know their ID#. It is the number that they use to log into their chromebook every day. If you need help getting your child's ID#, please call the front office (940)369-0800.
Your cooperation is essential in allowing us to continue providing these meals at no cost to your child. The information collected is confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of maintaining our meal program.

Donors Choose Project
We have an amazing team of teachers working on creating a Sensory Lab for students who need a break outside of the classroom. One of our goals this year at Stephens is to teach students how to regulate themselves when feeling sad, anxious, angry, etc. Every classroom has a Zen Zone to help students regulate, but sometimes kids need a safe place outside of the classroom to regulate.
We would love your help to spread the word about our Donor Choose project that we are trying to get funded to add more cool items into our Sensory Space! Here is the link to the Donor's Choose project.

Extra Opportunities
Stephens Elementary
Opened in 2008, our school is named after Olive Stephens, who served the town of Shady Shores as mayor for nearly four decades. We believe that ensuring high levels of success for all students requires a collaborative effort between staff, parents, students, and community members. We are thankful for the continued support of all of our stakeholders as we "build a community of learners for life!"
