Dear Parents,

With snow on the way, be sure your students are prepared to go outside and play!

Please ensure your children have all of their appropriate winter clothing to play in the cold and snow. Students should have snow pants, boots, hats, gloves and their winter coats.

Don't forget to label your student's winter gear, sometimes they disappear!

Thank you to all of the families that have donated tissues over the last week! We greatly appreciate it!

To help us fight against the sneezes, we'll keep taking any donations for Kleenexes! Thank you for helping us stay healthy!

Erin School District will have all Progress Reports for Special Education students available to families in Skyward. The accessibility of your child’s progress report will align with the Districts calendar and reporting periods for the district. You will be able to log into Skyward Family Access. You will be able to access the progress report for your child in the Portfolio tab in the left side menu.

Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday Break all progress reports will be uploaded into Skyward for Trimester 1 for families to access on December 4, 2024. No hard copies will be mailed home unless a request for a hard copy is made via email to Donna Runte, Administrative Assistant at runte@erinschool.org

We need parent volunteers to assist with Holiday Craft Day on Monday, November, 25th or Tuesday, November 26th (depends on the grade). Help your student's classroom make ornaments and cards! The ornaments will be displayed on the school tree and sent home later for the family to enjoy. Some of the cards made by students will be distributed by the Washington County Aging and Disability Resource Center to people that receive home delivered meals and some will be given to Support the Troops to be sent to military personnel around the world.

Elementary Holiday Concert

The Elementary Holiday Concert will be held on Friday, December 6th at 9am and 1:30pm in the school gym. Students will be asked to dress up in their favorite holiday outfits! Invite family and friends for this wonderful celebration of the holidays! Please contact Ms. Pinzon with any questions.

Middle School Holiday Band Concert and Musical

The middle school band concert and 8th grade musical will be held on Tuesday, December 17th at the Schauer Center in Hartford, WI. The performances will be held at 12:30pm and 6:30pm. Please check your email for more details from Ms. Pinzon regarding important concert and ticket information.

The PTC is having a Holiday Bake Sale on Friday, December 6th to coincide with the Elementary Holiday Concert and we need your delicious baked goods, candies, and treats to sell.

Plus, remember to shop the Holiday Bake Sale in the school library on December 6th!

The Scholastic Book Fair will be in the school library December 5th-6th from 8am-3:30pm. Consider shopping at the book fair before or after the elementary holiday concert on December 6th. Books make wonderful holiday gifts and stocking stuffers!

Erin School Alumni announce the 10th Annual Musical Production: Frozen Jr!

Please see this audition packet for audition times and rehearsals, as well as this note from the directors. There will be a mandatory parent meeting held on Friday, December 13th at 5pm. Performances are April 26th and 27th at the HUHS Drama Lecture Hall.

The Erin School Ski Club at Little Switzerland is back for the 2024-2025 ski and snowboard season! Ski Club offers a discounted price on lift tickets and/or ski/snowboard equipment rental for 4 specified nights. Everyone is welcome including students, parents, older siblings, etc. Plus, beginner lessons are FREE to those 7 years old and older!
