Yearbook delivery will be Tuesday, May 13th during ELO in the auxiliary gym. No yearbook can be picked up prior to the event!

The distribution ticket you received on May 7th or 8th during your class must be presented on the 13th to receive a book - keep them in a safe place! NO paper ticket means no yearbook. Phone photos will NOT be accepted.

Attention! Limited supply of yearbooks are available which are being sold on a first come, first serve basis. ONLY cash or checks made out to 'BHS' will be accepted to purchase a yearbook during delivery on May 13th. Any leftover yearbooks will be sold May 13 - May 20 while supplies last. No yearbooks can be purchased or picked up after Tuesday, May 20th.

Would you like to store your Chromebook at school over the summer to keep it safe? The library can do that! Simply drop it by the library after your last final, and you can pick it up in August on picture day/at our Back to School Open House (everyone keeps their cord).

Spartans, I will be sending out a reminder newsletter this summer with all of the details to register for fall sports. Big Teams will open for registration on July 2nd, 2025. If you schedule your sports physical over the summer, please use this form. Per CHSAA, this is the only form accepted. Please note: **Before uploading the sports physical form into Big Teams, all sections of page 4 must be completed. Any questions, please contact me at mary.bunker@tsd.org

2025 Transition Night

• Wednesday, May 14th at Berthoud High School

• 6:00-7:00 PM (6:00-6:15 PM: Welcome in the Auditorium, 6:15-7:00 PM: Guided tours and time to browse club/activity tables)

• This night is for future and current families who are curious about activities at our school and want to see what BHS is all about.

Students: Remember that every student is required to log 20 hours of community service as a graduation requirement; don’t wait to get started! You can pick up the sheet to record your hours in the library or print at home using this link, AND YOU MUST TAKE A SHEET TO AN EVENT TO BE SIGNED BY THE SUPERVISING NONPROFIT OR AGENCY.

Join us in the library’s compassionate makerspace to make book bags for our Fall 2025 semi-annual Roll & Read, a partnership with Parents as Teachers. Bags take 2-3 block open periods to complete, come share your sewing skills or let us teach you!

The makerspace is closed during finals week!

This is a friendly reminder that all outstanding school fees must be paid in full prior to senior checkout. Settling these balances on time ensures your student can participate in all end-of-year activities, including receiving their cap and gown, transcripts, and diploma. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and your continued support in helping us close out a successful school year for your senior. Graduation Letter & Important Information/Dates packet. Please make sure you read over this information and mark your calendar to make sure you do not miss any important deadline or event. (this was also emailed to all seniors and their families on 3/14/2025)

• This evening's ceremony will celebrate the senior class achievements and recognize them in monetary awards and scholarships, academic awards, and involvement and/or completion of specific programs at the Thompson School District.

Lifetouch Photography will be at graduation capturing photos of the graduates. You can place your order by scanning the QR code provided.

Berthoud Elementary, Ivy Stockwell Elementary, and Turner Middle School will be hosting the Class of 2025 Senior Walk (please see flyer below). For students that attended another elementary/middle school in Thompson School District, please visit https://www.tsd.org/grad-walks for the dates & times they will be hosting the senior walk at that school.

The staff would like send a heartfelt thank you for fulfilling the staff lounge wish list items. Everyone loves the new toaster oven, 1/2 sheet pans, hot pads, dish towels, and dish washcloths. We are so thankful to have Berthoud as our community.

ALL students that drive to BHS are required to display a parking permit in their vehicle to park on campus. Please register your vehicle at the following link: http://bit.ly/bhspermit or use the QR code posted by the main office for your FREE parking permit (1st=free, if replacement is needed=$2.00/ea.) Once you have completed the form and it has been processed, you will be called to the office to pick up your permit. The permits are good until the student graduates and will be turned in at that time.

Why is this necessary? For the students and staff safety we need information on every vehicle here at the school. Any vehicle without a permit or who is parked in violation of other school rules or laws may receive a Parking Violation from BHS. First offense is a $20.00 fine and fines go up for second and third violations. Payment must be made to the school’s Bookkeeping Office within 14 days after receiving the violation. Continual violations or a serious violation may result in loss of parking privileges at BHS. If you have any questions, please speak with SRO Deputy, Vince Mosley or Campus Security
