Principal's Message

Please join me in the MPR at 5:00 for a presentation on this year's programs and to introduce the teachers. Parents will then be able to visit their child's classroom from 5:30-6:30. There are two identical 30 min. presentations for parents who have more than one child. Please note, this is NOT Open House and teachers cannot have a meaningful presentation for parents with children running in and out of rooms unsupervised. Students will NOT be permitted on campus for the parent meetings! Children enrolled in YS/YDP may stay supervised until 6:30 p.m. Babies and toddlers must be in arms or in strollers at all times.

FitKids FitFamilies is back! Enadia is very pleased to be able to offer FREE afterschool karate classes as enrichment for Grades 1-5 with District funds. Please sign up NOW if you would like your child to participate. Students who stay after school are taken to the MPR for the class time. Students who do not normally stay after school will be supervised until the karate class begins.

All new and returning volunteers must re-apply online for the 24-25 school year. In most cases, last year's TB clearance can be used! We can't wait to have our volunteers help us! There are many opportunities to get involved. We need chaperones for field trips, classroom help, help with schoolwide events and fundraisers, as well as our garden and soon to re-open Chick Inn!

All students received an Access Eligibility Code through their Schoology account (check messages)! Cards are active from July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025. Once you activate your child's card, it must be used within 30 days. You may pick up GoPass TAP Card in the Main Office. For problems with eligibility codes, or to receive a new code, please email Norma Alvarez at nxa1602@lausd.net

• 9/24: Fall Picture Day (in uniform)
• 9/26 at 3:30: SSC & LSLC Meeting #1 (officer training & Integrated Safe School Plan)
• 9/27: Awards Assembly (Citizenship), 8:15 & 9:00
