Dear Silver Creek Families
We made it! We are in the last week of school. Thursday, June 13 is the last day of school and it is an early release day. Students will be dismissed at 12:30 PM.
Congratulations to our 8th grade students who celebrated their promotion this past Friday, June 7. It was a beautiful ceremony, and it was nice to see our students and their families celebrating this significant milestone. I wish all of our 8th grade students the very best as they move on to high school and beyond. We will miss you. We are looking forward to our 8th grade Six Flags trip scheduled for this Wednesday, June 12. As a reminder, 8th grade students are still expected to attend school this week as they finish out the school year. The last day, Thursday, June 13, is an asynchronous day for 8th grade students.
As we wrap up the school year, I would like to take this moment to thank our families for their outstanding partnership this school year. Our students have had great learning experiences at Silver Creek. I am thankful to our dedicated teachers and staff who have demonstrated unwavering commitment to support our students academically, socially and emotionally.
Thank you families for your on-going support and commitment to our school community. As I complete my 4th year as principal of Silver Creek, I am grateful to you for your kind words, encouragement and support. I am honored to serve as the principal of Silver Creek and look forward to an exciting new school year.
