Course Selection
Students, in grades 5-11, can login to Home Access and begin selecting their courses for the 2024-2025 school year. Course selection will close on April 26th. Students who did not select their courses will have their courses selected for them.
If students need assistance they should reach out to Mrs. Devyn Hamilton, our School Counselor.
2024-2025 Intent Form
It is hard to believe that the 2023-2024 school year is coming to an end! Planning for a successful 2024-2025 school year is well underway.
To assist us in planning for the 2024-2025 school year we are asking that you complete a brief intent form. Completing this form will NOT commit you to the Coatesville Cyber Academy or in-person learning within our buildings. We will be using this information to plan and appropriately staff our schools. Please complete this form by Friday April 19th.

Field Trip-FLUX Space-RSVP NOW
We are planning a trip toFLUX Space in Norristown for our students, on May 17th. We will need a minimum of 20 students who would like to attend to obtain the bus and book the trip. Please complete this quick survey, no later than Friday April 26th, to let us know if your child will attend if we have enough interest.
Things to know:
The bus will leave from the Drop-In Center.
Students will need transportation to (8:30) and from (2:00) the Drop-In Center.
There will be a small cost for the trip.
I will have more information once I know if we are going to have enough participants to book the trip.

ticket and to receive a cap and gown/diploma.

DO IN AND OUT OF SCHOOL.
Senior Prom Ticket Information
If you are NOT bringing someone from another school:
1. Go to the “Announcement Hub” on CANVAS
2. Find the link for “Family ID-CASH STUDENT” and complete the information
3. Once you receive an approval email, go to the school store to receive your ticket code and
announcement card.
**NOTE: If your date is another CASH student, please come to the school store together to receive your ticket code so that the two of you can be on the same announcement card**
If you are bring a student from another school:
For those students who are requesting to being someone from another school – please follow the
steps below. NOTE: All guests must be UNDER the age of 21 on May 31, 2024.
1. Get a permission form for your guest from the main office or download it from the “Announcement
Hub”. Send the permission form to your guest to be completed by them, their parent/guardian and
your guest’s school administrator. If your guest is a graduate, they should put their college or place
of work. **These forms CANNOT be emailed, faxed, etc to any staff member.
IMPORTANT -These forms MUST be handed in at the time you purchase your ticket. All forms
will be verified by administration. Fraudulent/Forged permission forms will result in a loss of
privilege in attending the prom.
2. Go to the “Announcement Hub”
3. Find the link for “Family ID – CASH Student” and complete the information
4. Find the link for “Family ID – CASH Guest” and complete the information
5. Once your receive an approval email for both student and guest, go to the school store with your ID, your guest’s ID (may be a photograph of it) AND the SIGNED permission form to get your ticket
code and announcement card.
Attention Seniors: Cap and Gown Orders are Due!
Keystone Boot Camp
Keystones are right around the corner. We here at the Coatesville Cyber Academy think it is important for our students to be prepared.
Students who attend will receive extra credit at the discretion of their subject area teachers.
Students should arrive no later than 9am and be picked up by 12pm unless your learner wants to stay to work in their own classes in Accelerate.
Things to bring:
Snack or lunch
Water bottle
Notebook/pencil
Chromebook/laptop.
