I am thrilled to share our May newsletter. It's a joyous time of year where we celebrate the accomplishments of our students and reflect on the growth and learning that has taken place throughout the academic year.

This month, our school community has much to be proud of. From academic achievements to artistic endeavors, our students have continued to demonstrate their resilience, creativity, and dedication. Whether it's through the exploration of new ideas in the classroom or the harmony created in our music programs, each accomplishment is a testament to the hard work and passion of our students.

In this newsletter, you will find highlights of recent events, updates on upcoming activities, and important information to keep you informed and engaged in our school community. As we approach the end of the school year, let us continue to support and uplift one another, celebrating the achievements of our students and looking forward to the bright possibilities that lie ahead. Hello Parents,

National Teacher Appreciation Week is May 6-10, and we are making a special effort this year to express distinct appreciation for our teachers and staff.

During the week of May 6-10, our school is doing fun Staff Appreciation Game Themed Week with lots of contests and treats each day. Below are sample daily challenges you can participate in if you like.

LET’S CELEBRATE: Here are two ways to participate in our Teacher Appreciation Campaign beginning next week:

1. Send a note via kisd.us/thankateacher

2. Send a heartfelt video message via kisd.us/mykleinteacher

Please RSVP using this form. The form has space for three adults. If your party will have more than two adults, please complete the RSVP more than once. As always, school-age siblings are not invited as space will be limited. If we allow one family to bring a school-age child, we'd have to make the same allowance for every family and we really don't have the capacity. Thanks for understanding and supporting our campus procedures as we will have several visitors on campus.

We ask that you arrive by 8:45 as we plan to start promptly at 9:00. If you have never scanned in at Fox, please arrive earlier to allow time to have your IDs scanned. As always, all visitors must present a government issued ID to get a visitor's badge.

We are asking students to dress nicely/”Sunday best.” Let us know if you have any questions.
