Thank you, Veterans!
This morning, the entire Oak Grove family of staff and students thanked our local veterans and their families for their service to our great country. We started our day honoring our veterans for giving us the freedoms we enjoy in the United States. The Veterans Day ceremony is a long-standing Oak Grove tradition planned and conducted by our 8th-grade students and staff. It is a day that they remember for the rest of their lives.
As always, we had a great turnout of honored guests. We held the ceremony in the Pat Patt Gym and hosted a breakfast reception after the ceremony. We are so proud of our military veterans and current men and women serving our country. Thank you, veterans, for giving us the freedoms we enjoy each and every day.
The ceremony was recorded and can be seen at:https://youtu.be/ux2D20nd3xk
