Weekly Schedule
Week of January 15th
What a week, capped off by a successful Midnight Madness. Midnight Madness was not only a fundraiser but an evening filled with team bonding and fun. Even a couple of coaches joined in for some embarrassing fun. Thank you to everyone for your continued support.
This week marks our first meet hosting which means that we really need our parents on deck to help with timing. At this time, we are short seven timers, two runners (siblings can be runners) and two gatekeepers. These meets only happen with your help. Please please take the time to sign up, we really really need you. We are also in need of timers for the 26th and 28th. Sign-up located below. Thank you in advance for your help - I promise these are the best seats in the house.
We have noticed that several of our swimmers are not eating enough for practices and meets. It is essential to have great nutrition. We give nutrition tips every week and encourage you to please look back and read more info on why it is important to maintain good nutrition when involved in sports as well as in life in general. Thank you.

Volunteers needed for Our Home Swim Meets - Sign-up located below ***Very Important
Hello —
We need your help volunteering at our home swim meets. We have traditionally had the best parent volunteers and would like to continue that tradition. Your help is essential in making our home meets the most successful in the league. Our first home meet will be on Thursday the 19th of January.
We first need each parent to fill out the Volunteer background form that is required by the school district. It is extremely important that you complete a new volunteer form. We cannot use our volunteers without this process being completed in advance. Please follow the link below and take two minutes to fill out and send.
Second please follow this link and sign up for a position that is needed to be filled. We promise these are the best seats in the house and we will train you. Very easy to do. Shorts and flip flops are the preferred attire. You will get wet but you will also have the best seats in the house.
