Dear MJT Families,
It was wonderful to see so many of you at Open House last night! We had a total of 145 families join us. Teachers were delighted to welcome you all into their classrooms, food service put on a beautiful display of what a typical breakfast and lunch looks like (along with cookies and juice), and we had many community agencies here to provide information. If you were not able to attend and would like information regarding Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, PTO, or Head Start early learner programs, please contact the main office. Additionally, teachers had sign up sheets out for our two parent teacher conference days ( the afternoons of 11/12 and 11/15). If you were not yet able to sign up, they will be reaching out to you soon.
Today we had our Dental Health Presentations for each classroom by Hudson Headwaters. Students learned about all of the things they can do to keep their teeth clean and healthy. Please be sure to check with your student and see what they learned!
Bus Tags:
Your student will be coming home with a bus tag on a gold or blue lanyard starting Monday. Please send them to school with this tag daily. This tag will allow them to scan as they enter and exit the bus, as well as in the cafeteria with their breakfast and lunch. If you child is a daily drop off and pick up, you will not see it come home.
