Marlette Elementary X-Mas Update

Hi Parents and Guardians,

Students will return from Thanksgiving Break with the Marlette Elementary staff turning the school into Christmas in Candyland. Students got a quick sneak peak with some decorations that were put up over the last two days. This year, there will be twelve dress-up days for our Christmas in Candyland theme. The calendar is attached below.

Along with Christmas, Marlette Elementary will also have their annual Giving Tree in the school's lobby to help families in need this upcoming Christmas. Marlette Elementary Student Council will be collecting unwrapped gifts for boys and girls up to 12 years old. All gifts are donated locally to Marlette Toys for Tots.

Marlette Community Schools also partnered with Varsity Tutors. Varsity Tutors is an online program that offers live tutoring per request, live or asynchronous enrichment classes, and so much more. Here is a video (LINK) about Varsity Tutors for Schools. Students have access right now to Varsity Tutors with help from their parents to participate in this awesome programming. Information and updates from Varsity Tutors will be included in all future newsletters.
