National Farmer's Day was October 12th and our first graders "adopted a cow" that was born on the Four Pines Farm in Sugarcreek, Ohio and her name is Dahlia. Dahlia is now in a contest with 81 calves in this year’s Adopt a Cow program. One calf will be named America’s Favorite Calf. From November 4-6, please join the fun and vote for our calf. This is a fun way for the students to participating in voting alongside our nation's election. The winning calf will receive a care package from Discovery Dairy.

Our Countdown starts on Wednesday, November 20th, and ends on Tuesday, November 26th.

Students visit the wetlands and our outdoor garden on a regular basis. Having tennis shoes on is not only a safety issue, but it allows your child to particiipate fully in our STEM Curriclulum. Please ensure your child has closed-toed shoes on each day. This is also important for our Physical Education classes!

When your child is going to miss school, please email maggie.lawson@reyn.org to let the school know that your child will be absent that day. This must be done every time your child misses school.

RCS Weekend Meal Program Request-Reynoldsburg City Schools partners with Children's Hunger Alliance to provide non-perishable shelf stable meals for students and families in need of additional food resources for weekends and breaks. These boxes are provided at each school site weekly by request. The method by which these boxes are distributed varies based on school location.
