Congratulations to our Battle of the Books Teams!
On Wednesday, November 13th, KTES hosted our 3rd Annual Battle of the Books competition! This exciting program encourages students to develop a love for reading, fosters teamwork, and challenges them to explore books they might not have picked up otherwise. Our dedicated participants have spent months reading—both over the summer and this school year—while attending weekly practices and completing various "battle missions" to prepare for this special event.
A huge congratulations to Mrs. Eppes' team, The Annihilators, who earned the top spot and will represent KTES at the district competition on November 21st. Way to go, Annihilators!
Veterans Day
We enjoyed celebrating our Knight Veterans on Monday! Thank you to our Veterans for your service to our country and for joining us for our breakfast and parade. Our students benefited from the opportunity to recognize and thank you.
We also appreciate the work of our school events committee and PTO for help planning and making the event happen.
Our KTES Choir did a fabulous job at their first ever performance during the breakfast! Way to go students! We are proud of you!
KTES Holiday Help - Spread Cheer this Holiday Season
KTES Holiday Help
>>KTES Holiday Help SignUp<< You can sign up to support KTES students and their siblings with clothing, coat, & shoe needs. We would like to have all the clothing, coats, and shoes dropped off at the KTES front office by Thursday, December 5th. Items should be new with tags. We appreciate your generosity to help ensure that these students and their siblings have outfits that they feel comfortable and confident in this winter season!
We are also collecting new toys and gifts for ages infant through teenagers for >>The Christmas Village Toy Store<< which allows KTES families and others in need in our community to shop for holiday gifts at highly discounted prices. All proceeds go back into community outreach programs.
Please reach out to our school counselors if you have any questions!
