The Principal's Corner
We had an incredible last two weeks! Our Math Night was a huge success, bringing families together to engage in exciting math activities. We also celebrated Pi Day, making math come to life in a fun and memorable way. A huge thank you to our amazing teachers, students, and families for your support and participation in making these events so special!
Don't forget, we are still selling tickets for our Applebee’s Flapjack Fundraiser on Saturday, March 29th! Ticket sales will help raise funds for our end-of-year activities, so be sure to grab yours and support our school!
As a reminder, please ensure students adhere to the school dress code which includes no Crocs and no hoodies. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our school community safe and focused on learning!
Have a great weekend!

Seasonal Allergies
Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we move into allergy season, we want to ensure the well-being of all students here at Abraham Lincoln School #6. Spring can bring seasonal allergies, which may affect students with symptoms such as sneezing, runny noses, itchy eyes, and congestion. To help your child manage their symptoms effectively, we kindly ask that you ensure they take any prescribed allergy medication prior to coming to school each day. If your child requires medication during school hours, please remember to provide us with the necessary forms and authorization so we can administer it appropriately.
Additionally, we would like to request your support in maintaining an emergency clothing supply for students who may need it throughout the school year. If you have gently used uniforms, underwear, or other clothing items that your child has outgrown or no longer needs, we would greatly appreciate any donations to our Care Closet These items will help us ensure that all students have access to clothing in case of emergencies.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact the school nurse's office at 973.340.5036 x 6013.
Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our students healthy and prepared.
Warm Regards,
Nurse Falk BSN, RN
