Happy Friday!

HMS Families,

I hope this letter finds you all well. We had an amazing conference week with all of you! Thank you for taking time to meet with us and talk with us about your children. It was wonderful to see and be able to connect with all of you.

I cannot believe that next week is Halloween and the first of November. This year has been flying by. Students will be allowed to wear Halloween costumes on Tuesday, but they have to be appropriate for school, cannot cover faces, and cannot have a weapon of any kind.

Help us celebrate our amazing Veterans!

HMS would like to honor our veterans during our assembly this year and need your help.

Please complete this FORM if you'd like us to recognize a veteran in your life. In addition to honoring them in our video presentation, students would like to send them 1) an invite to our assembly, and/or 2) a thank you card for their service. Please include the Veterans address if you would like us to send them and invite or a card.

If you'd like us to include their picture in the video, please email one to janice.broten@hocksd.org.

Pictures and the form must be received by Friday, November 3 to be included in the video presentation.

Athletic Director's Corner

What a fun first week of winter sports it has been this week! All of our athletes and coaches have been working so hard this week, it has been awesome to see our gym full and being used to capacity. I am linking the most current schedules at the bottom of this schedule.
