The CIHS Connection

This form is for those who are ordering a Homecoming T-Shirt. We will purchase an extremely limited supply of t-shirts for purchase with cash, but the ONLY way to guarantee a shirt is if you preorder it. Sales will end on September 24th at 11:59 PM. We will distribute the t-shirts during homecoming week (Sept. 30th - Oct. 4). Please answer all the questions, as they are important for distribution of the shirts. We are using an outside service for purchasing the t-shirts and you will have to answer some of these questions a second time, as it helps us with distribution. Thank you for supporting us!

Homecoming dance tickets are now on sale online! Tickets purchased in advance online are $15 per person. Online sales will last until 3 PM on Friday, October 4th. Tickets will be available at the door for $20 per person. Snacks, beverages, and entertainment are included in the ticket price.

Each guest needs their own admission to the Homecoming Dance. Guests who are not a CIHS, CIO, or Riverside student need a visitor form completed and turned into the Student Office by Tuesday, October 1st.
